Quality control begins with the technical specification, not with the final inspection. Without documented acceptance criteria, there is no objective basis for accepting or rejecting the factory’s output.
Before production, raw materials and components can be inspected. During production, the manufacturing process, dimensions, and intermediate product configuration can be checked. Before shipment, the finished batch, packaging, and labeling are inspected.
The sampling scope and inspection checklist are agreed with the client in advance. The inspection report should include photographs, video, a list of findings, and a decision for each nonconformity.
The appropriate scope of inspections, documentation, and logistics is determined after we clarify the requirements for each specific product.
