Fully compliant import starts with product classification and verification of the supplier’s documents. The product code determines the applicable testing, labeling, and customs-clearance requirements.
When required, samples are formally submitted to a laboratory for testing, after which certificates or declarations of conformity are issued.
Before shipment, the factory must receive clear requirements for labeling and Chestny ZNAK traceability codes (KIZ). Once the documents have been checked, the customs declaration is filed, the cargo undergoes customs control, and it is delivered to the consignee’s warehouse.
The required document package and sequence of steps are determined individually for each product.
